Check, in was a breeze, possibly the fastest I've experienced in all my travels. the room was well, presented, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. the hotel was clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with Santa event , a lovely touch that made my stay even more memorable. I will certainly be returning to this hotel in the future and will be recommending it to friends. Cons: Receptionist required credit card for deposit; manager's response was unaccommodating and insulting.

Staying at Bracebridge hotel meant we were minutes away from Santa's Village, a fantastic theme park that truly made our family vacation special. the opportunity to explore Lake Muskoka and the heritage of the region added an enriching touch to our trip, making it memorable for all of us!

Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. they happily retrieved a forgotten item and even facilitated an early check-in request without any fuss. Breakfast included was a delightful bonus, offering a great start to the day.

While the room was lovely, there were a few areas that could be improved. the windows seemed to have some black mold that could have been easily wiped off by housekeeping.
