The free parking and late check-out were great perks. the serene lakeside setting was perfect for our romantic escape. We loved watching the sunset from our room, which had a gorgeous view of the water.

The bed was uncomfortable and small for two people, which made for a restless night's sleep. the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, with a dirty bathtub and lingering hair from a previous guest.

Guests can also enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and take advantage of the provided canoes and kayaks for some fun water activities. We even got to witness the stunning night sky and spot the Neowise comet. The property was well-maintained, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the free canoe and paddle boat rentals. The common areas, like the deck area, were well-stocked with boats, and the staff was always ready to assist. The overall experience was simply wonderful.

The highlight was definitely the wonderful lake swimming experience, with clear water and stunning views. The presence of dragonflies kept the bugs at bay, allowing for a pleasant time by the water. The breakfast was excellent, and the lasagna dinner and hot brownie dessert were simply delicious. The resort also maintained a smoke-free environment, which was a huge plus. There were also plenty of great spots to sit and relax.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The resort only had one shared barbecue grill, which could be a bit inconvenient when there were multiple guests wanting to use it.
