We stayed in the cottage on the water and it was a truly delightful experience. The view from the sliding glass window was breathtaking and we could easily cook our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were staying at a friend's cottage. Despite the slow WiFi, which seems to be a common issue in Nova Scotia, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this charming and picturesque accommodation.

I had an amazing stay at this waterfront hotel. The view of the lake from my room was breathtaking and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything I wanted to do during my weekend getaway. Additionally, being right next to a great restaurant was a convenient bonus. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

We had a delightful Christmas getaway at this motel. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to stay for just one night. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the water. We also loved that there was a nearby Gaelic College that offered amazing entertainment during our stay.

The room was quite spartan and some amenities were either not working or in poor condition. The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent and the TV didn't work at all.

The rooms are cozy and clean, with convenient amenities such as a microwave and fridge.

It was all superb.

The cottage on the water was a perfect location, right at the base of the Cabot trail and close to everything. The separate bedroom, living/kitchen area, and bathroom provided plenty of space and the option to cook. The view from the sliding glass window was breathtakingly beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the water. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making us feel like we were staying with relatives.

The nearby restaurant was an excellent convenience, and the complementary amenities were well appreciated during our stay.
