The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views. the rooms were well-equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made sure all my needs were taken care of.

There were a few issues during my stay. the housekeeping seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the demands of a busy holiday season.

We stayed at the resort for a week and it felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the hot tub was a fantastic way to relax our tired muscles. The underground car park was convenient, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The comfortable bed and spacious shower were great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Stoneridge Mountain Resort during our trip through Banff/Jasper. The suite was huge, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The shower was spacious and the room had a beautiful mountain view. The heated pool and hot tub were a great way to relax, and the gourmet kitchen was fantastic for cooking our own meals. The underground heated parking was a bonus during the winter season. a top-notch experience with excellent facilities.

The spacious and beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath condo had every amenity we could ask for, including a gas grill on the patio. Despite the weather, we still made use of the outdoor heated pool and hot tub and were thoroughly impressed. The cleaning staff was professional and friendly, and we were even upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from our balcony. We also appreciated the convenience of the in-room laundry and the warm underground parking. We can't wait to return!

Canmore is the place to stay when visiting this area. No crowds, beautiful scenery. the hotel is conveniently located near hiking trails and restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Plus, waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountains through the patio doors in our bedroom was unbelievable! the room was nice and modern, with a large and comfortable bed. We also loved having a full-sized fridge, washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which made our stay even more convenient.

A few drawbacks to note: the cleanliness of the living room furniture could have been better. It definitely needed a good cleaning.

I recently stayed at Stoneridge Mountain Resort for the second time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Citrus water at desk. Spacious bathrooms, big fridge. Amazing shower pressure. Excellent staff. Clean property. Toiletries and tea/coffee provided. Large, nicely furnished suite. Quiet. The staff was helpful and the whole resort had a professional and friendly atmosphere. The amenities provided, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities, were all top-notch. The outdoor terraces and sun loungers were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our xmas stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the room we were assigned did not have the requested nice view, and it was a bit disappointing.
