This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic - it was close to the freeway, shopping mall, and a variety of restaurants. The convenience factor was truly unbeatable. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the front desk agents to the breakfast area staff, everyone greeted us with smiles and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Moreover, the rooms on the first floor were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, and the dining area was always clean and well-stocked. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were finger prints on the windows and doors, and the counter in the bathroom was filthy.
