The hosts at this hotel were exceptional, providing great information for dining and hiking trails. The location is conveniently close to downtown, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The chalets were rustic and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere. Guests even had the chance to see wildlife, with a family of deer grazing nearby. the level of service and the charm of the chalets were outstanding.

Some guests mentioned that the signage for the hotel could be improved, making it difficult to find for those coming from Trout Lake.

We had a fantastic stay at this chalet! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, regularly checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The chalet itself was cute and rustic, but also very clean. We were impressed with the love and care that went into maintaining the property. Additionally, the location was convenient, with downtown just a short walk away. We appreciated the hostess' dining suggestions during this time when some restaurants were still closed. a great value and we'll definitely be staying here again.

The description and photos accurately represented the accommodations, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the value we received.

sunny bluffs chalets exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in kaslo. their hosts, philipine and joel, provided us with great information about dining and hiking, ensuring we had everything we needed. the rustic cottages were equipped with all the essentials, and the beautiful property was a short walk to the beach. we slept well and enjoyed sitting on the front porch. highly recommend!
