We had a delightful stay at this charming sanctuary in the wilderness. the resort is nestled among beautiful surroundings, offering tranquility and serenity away from busy highways. the rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, providing a comfortable and restful experience. the staff at the front desk were extremely accommodating, making us feel welcomed and ensuring our needs were met. We also enjoyed the scenic views and the opportunity to reconnect with nature.

The surroundings were absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountains and nature all around. It provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the easy access to the room was convenient and made coming and going hassle-free.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was extremely disappointing. It appeared as though it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time, with hair scattered all over the floor and around the sink.

The location was great, right off the highway but tucked away enough to avoid road noise. the nearby restaurant was excellent and convenient.

The room was filthy upon arrival, with stains on the mattress and bugs in the shower. the window had no proper curtains, letting in too much light.

The owner, Carolyn, was amazing - easy to contact, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about fishing. Her golden retriever, Stryder, was a delightful bonus. The hotel's shop was always welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated that the room was always warm, and the bathroom even had a heat lamp. The location was ideal for us, as it provided easy access to Rock Creek.

I loved the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel and the stillness and shade it offered. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to have bags of ice for our cooler. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the water pressure was great. The location was perfect, with easy access to fishing and close proximity to a delicious breakfast and dinner spot.

We absolutely loved the surroundings! During our stay, we had the incredible experience of seeing a black bear and a cow moose just a few miles away. The room was cozy and had plenty of space. We also enjoyed using the small grill outside. The staff at the fly shop were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time.

The cold water in the shower didn't work, so we had to choose between taking a scalding shower or none at all. Additionally, the TV and DirectTV box were a bit confusing to operate.

The mercantile was closed during our stay, which made it feel like the hotel was not fully prepared for our arrival. the freezer in the fridge was too small to accommodate our freezer blocks, which was a bit inconvenient.

The exterior of the motel could use a fresh coat of paint, and the porch light was not working during our stay. the hot water heater also went out in the morning, although it seemed like they were in the process of replacing it.

As a light sleeper, I loved the peaceful atmosphere and remote location. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
