The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few significant issues. The room I booked was extremely small and seemed quite dated, with dirty carpets and hair from previous guests found in the bathroom. Additionally, the noise from the unit above was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep as I could hear every footstep and conversation. The lack of decent window coverings also meant that I couldn't enjoy the beautiful view during the rainy days. I expected more for the price I paid.

The fruit juice was absolutely divine, perfectly refreshing after our morning walks around the stunning waterfront! The view from the ground-level room was breathtaking, and we loved how the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even offering rides to the hot tub in their ATV!

We didn’t have any issues, but if we wanted to make full use of the kitchen, we thought some tools and cutlery could have been handy. Still, with the fantastic support from the desk, I’m sure they would have sorted us out effortlessly.

Man, the views from our room were absolutely stunning! We spent hours just soaking it all in. The hot tub on the deck was a proper highlight—so lekker after a day of kayaking. Zebby was a chommie, super helpful with everything!

The reception was kinda quiet a bit—we had to call a couple of times to get served, which was a bit annoying. But overall, such a dope experience!

Waking up to that breathtaking marina view was something else! The hot tub was a lekker spot for sundowners after a day of exploring, and the staff were proper chommies—especially Zebby who knew all the good tips for our stay. The room was comfy with a fireplace too, really set the vibe!

Only slight bummer was the futon couch. it wasn't the best for chilling, but we just made do.

The corner penthouse suite offered an incredible view of Pender Harbour, making morning coffee a delight. The kitchen amenities included a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge, perfect for simple meals. A short, steep walk to the shore led us to beautiful surroundings, and having several restaurants and a pub within close reach added convenience. While the front desk was unattended, calling the posted number was straightforward for assistance. For a quiet escape, this place delivered wonderfully.

This was just an appropriate option for short visits in Madeira Park with good value for money. The view from our deck was spectacular, making mornings enjoyable. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes to tackle all the stairs around the property.

We had a lovely evening soaking in the hot tub overlooking the bay, despite the weather! Not having a restaurant onsite was a bummer, so I recommend bringing snacks. The room was clean and beautifully designed, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Our stay was amazing,, with stunning views and a lovely outdoor dining area. We enjoyed the hot tub down by the boats and appreciated the local grocery store nearby for easy shopping. The staff were super friendly and helpful!
