Spacious room, comfortable bed. the room was very big and very clean, which allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring the city, and the convenient location just 800 meters from the nearest metro station made getting around a breeze.

The location was excellent, right across from the beach and close to a mall. The lobby was stunning, too.

The check-in process could use improvement since I faced confusion arriving, and my room wasn’t ready despite arriving late. Some amenities fell short of expectations, leading to a slightly underwhelming experience.

The beach scenario was misleading, requiring guests to buy towels. An unresponsive concierge did not support basic needs!!! A doctor on-site is essential for emergencies!!!

the so-called 5-star experience was a joke. the room’s shower overflowed, making it impossible to enjoy! also, the spa was anything but premium. i almost thought i’d get a complimentary upgrade after all that trouble, but no. woudl ve been nice if someone cared about my comfort. i was just a regular guest. shameful.

For a quiet night's sleep, request a room away from connecting doors to minimize noise from neighbors.

Had an incredible birthday at the hotel. They surprised me with a cake and beautiful decorations in the room, which made me feel special, like I matter more than just a guest. The breakfast was awesome too, tons of options every morning, staff were super attentive. And that sea view from our room? Absolutely breathtaking, something you'll never forget.
