Great outdoor hot tub, convenient location near ski hill. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Fernie for 3 days of skiing before Christmas. The location was amazing, right on the Elk River. Compared to other hotels in the area, it had the most picturesque view. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the bathroom was clean with no stains or peeling carpets. The staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk. The continental breakfast was decent, and the parking was convenient for our truck and sled trailer.

The lack of a pool.

The location of the hotel was good, with easy access to the main highway and within a short distance to attractions. the staff at the hotel were attentive and accommodating. - There was a kitchen and BBQ available for guests to use, which was a nice feature.

The room was dirty and unclean, with pubic hair and long black hair found all over the bathroom floor and toilet. the office chair had crushed makeup on the seat.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with one standout feature that really impressed us. The guest kitchen with all the gadgets was a game-changer. We loved being able to prepare our own meals and have all the necessary tools at our disposal. It made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and commitment to sustainability.

I recently stayed at the Fox Hotel in Fernie for a quick skiing getaway. The staff was incredibly pleasant, and both the room and the hotel itself were spotless. The hotel offered great amenities, including excellent Wifi and a relaxing hot tub. Checking in was a breeze, even with my last-minute reservation. I was impressed with the value for the price, and the free continental breakfast looked delicious. The TV in the room was a newer HDTV, which was a nice touch.

great stay during our golf trip in fernie. fox hotel exceeded expectations with its convenient location, large clean rooms, and amazing outdoor jacuzzi. the self-serve breakfast and guest kitchen were a nice touch too.

I stay at this hotel when I'm skiing and I've never been disappointed. The free breakfast is all I need and there is a waffle maker. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and it is quiet. The hot tub is wonderful at the end of the day. There is a new deck out front since I last stayed which looks like a great addition. It's good value for your dollar.

I also appreciated that the building was quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking and plenty of electrical outlets and charging ports, which was convenient. The kitchen and lobby were well-designed and clean, and I really enjoyed the BBQ patio area. The location was great, right in the middle of downtown area, the ski hill, and Fernie Provincial Park. There were also nearby amenities like a Husky convenient store, Smitties, and DQ. The fact that the hotel is dog-friendly was also a positive aspect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and quick to respond to my requests. the room was clean and had recently been renovated, with dispensers of shampoo and soap that were very convenient. the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets to charge my devices. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that had a good variety of food options.

There were some aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the hot tub was lukewarm and crowded with noisy guests, making it difficult to relax.

As backpackers, we loved the sustainable initiatives at the hotel, with no single-use plastic and solar power usage. The clean rooms, tidy hot tub area, and BBQ patio were great. The staff, especially Chelsie at the front desk, ensured we had an enjoyable stay. The spacious and dog-friendly rooms, along with the purpose-built green space for dogs, were a fantastic feature. The shared kitchen was a standout amenity, perfect for those who prefer to cook instead of eating out. The eco-friendly touches were thoughtful and appreciated.
