We had a fantastic stay at Graystone Lodge. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were more than adequate. Despite the ongoing construction, the service and accommodations were excellent. Plus, the location of the hotel was great and we loved the area.

The location of this hotel was great! It was conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our trip. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. We especially appreciated the personalized note left in our room by one of the housekeepers, it was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides to our stay at this hotel. the room did not meet our expectations based on the pictures we had seen online.

Clean and comfortable rooms with good amenities like TV, fridge, and microwave. Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice and clean refrigerator in the room. The hotel has a pleasant appearance from the outside and is quiet even in street-facing rooms.

Convenient location, helpful staff, variety of breakfast choices, ample parking. Couldn't find any faults at all.

I recently stayed at Graystone Lodge for a weekend getaway. The staff, especially Brittany at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew was also very friendly, and I enjoyed talking with them. The hotel was super clean and well-managed. It was conveniently located near Sugar Mountain and all necessary stores. Plus, they allowed our dog to stay at an affordable rate. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Graystone Lodge. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The free daily breakfast was a nice perk. The staff was friendly and resolved any issues I had quickly. The room was clean and well taken care of, and the hotel provided ample parking. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and good service.

Stayed here for New Year's and was pleasantly surprised. the room was spacious with a separate bathroom and a wet bar, which was a nice bonus. the bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was impressive. the breakfast was a typical continental spread but was sufficient. the location is great, with easy access to downtown and other attractions. it exceeded my expectations.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there was an issue with the room assignment as my family was placed on different floors.

Breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options, including homemade biscuits. The carpets seemed a bit worn and the noise from barking dogs was distracting.

Beds were excellent, furnishings more than adequate. Service/accommodations were excellent even with construction going on. The staff, including Josh, Grace, and Marisa, were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was good and the staff made sure we were fed despite a power outage. Great location close to Hwy 321/parkway and good restaurants.

Felt very welcome, no complaints at all.
