We loved the beautiful large rooms with stunning views of the lake. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna, were conveniently located. The restaurant had a robust menu with plenty of comforting food options. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel's location was excellent, close to many beaches and with easy access to the Vernon area. Additionally, being across the street from two fresh food markets was incredibly convenient.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that was a great advantage. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking well-tended flower beds and a swimming pool.

The decor in the entrance lobby and front desk area could use some updating.

our recent family holiday at a hotel in Vernon was amazing, but our stay at Castle At Swan Lake exceeded all expectations. The huge rooms had every amenity we could imagine, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a variety of choices, including my favorite sweet egg omelette personally made by the chef.

I had a great stay at The Castle At Swan Lake. The suite was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I loved the convenience of the location. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the beautiful lake view from my balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The fully equipped kitchenette was a great convenience for cooking our own meals. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and perfect for family relaxation. The common BBQ area was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location allowed for easy access to various attractions within a short drive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed in the outskirts of town for 10 nights and loved this venue nestled on a hill with minimal barriers which offered spectacular views for drivers. Our stay was made comfortable by quality services like prompt laundry service, convenient heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities available in our room. The spacious accommodation had a lovely terrace and patio with garden furniture where we relaxed and enjoyed a view of the garden with free toiletries and a kitchen with cookware/ kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV, carpeted floor and ample storage space made life easy. Staff were wonderful in their efforts to assist us and the leisure swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi with BBQ facilities and sun terrace made for an excellent adventure.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to downtown Vernon, nearby beaches, and even water slides. The spacious suite provided a comfortable stay, with a full kitchen and a bathroom that had a good shower and plenty of storage space. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the free breakfast in the restaurant was a lovely addition. The hotel also had amenities such as an outdoor pool and a hot tub, which were well maintained and enjoyable.

One drawback was that the balcony overlooking the lake wasn't very usable due to the busy and noisy highway in front of the hotel.

We loved the spacious suite with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and roomy lounge. The property was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The pool and spa were a bonus, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. The included hot breakfast was greatly appreciated. Close to wineries and with views of the lake.

The free coffee in the lobby and the breakfast included in the price were a nice surprise, as was the hotel's proximity to the main attractions in town. the room was spacious and I appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room for storing drinks.

The noise level was unbearable, with loud parties going on until the early hours of the morning. the bed was also uncomfortable with outdated linens that did not feel clean.

Spacious and well-appointed suites, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic pool and BBQ area. Conveniently located near fresh food markets and a quick drive into town. Perfect for a ski vacation with a short drive to SilverStar. Exceptional breakfast and affordable meals at the onsite restaurant.

We were also pleasantly surprised to find that it was within walking distance of other amenities such as restaurants and shops. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
