We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore Dubai. Our room was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, which was convenient for preparing our own meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Adagio. The staff members were amazing, always welcoming me with a smile and providing excellent service. The cleaning staff, Ranjana and Subhash, were prompt and efficient, and the bell boys, Roshan and Ahmed, were always willing to lend a helping hand. The hotel was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchen and a washing machine. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and other shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a long-term stay.

We received two complementary drinks on arrival which were a nice touch. the location was convenient for getting around and there were plenty of transportation options nearby. We also appreciated the fact that there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The security staff was really rude and aggressive. They once accused my friend of being a prostitute and demanded to see her ID. It was totally unnecessary and made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the daily housekeeping service was prompt, ensuring we had fresh towels, bed sheets, and bottled water in our room.

The air conditioning in the apartment was set to a very cold temperature , which took a few days to adjust to a more comfortable level. It would have been better if the temperature was initially set to a more neutral setting.

During our recent stay at Adagio, we experienced a big leakage in our apartment. Despite the inconvenience, the staff worked quickly to address the issue and provided us with an alternative room. They were attentive and responsive, ensuring that our needs were met. Although there were some minor limitations, overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff went above and beyond to rectify any problems. Without a doubt, I would recommend Adagio for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
