We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The 1000 Islands Suite was perfect for our family celebration, offering a stunning 180-degree view of the river. The suite was beautifully furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent, providing exceptional service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and piano room, were very popular among guests. Additionally, the cleanliness of the suite was impeccable, making us feel like we were the first ones to stay there. The bed was wonderful, with lovely sheets, and the overall setting and view were beautiful. We also loved the spaciousness of the suite and the lots of light it received. Every appliance and detail in the suite were meticulously planned, and the shower was great. The kitchen was phenomenal, and there were lots of things to do around the hotel, including an aquarium next door. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, which fit the bill for us. Finally, the included parking was a great convenience, and the hotel's location was fantastic.

My family recently stayed at the Tall Ships Landing Coastal Resort and we had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a beautiful view of the water and marina. The rooms were decorated very nicely and the apartment had everything we could ask for, including a washer and dryer, which was perfect for our family vacation. The view from our spacious condo was awesome, with lots of natural light. Every appliance and detail in the apartment was meticulously planned, from the great shower to the phenomenal kitchen. The hotel's proximity to the Aquatarium made it even more convenient for us, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Moose McGuires, which was on the property. The great parking included was an added bonus. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Some minor issues were reported, such as broken curtains and blinds in certain rooms.

The view from our suite was absolutely stunning, overlooking the marina and beyond. The suite itself was also well-equipped with a full-sized kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. This made it perfect for a family vacation or for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Additionally, the staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

While the cleanliness of the important areas was exceptional, we did notice some issues with housekeeping. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, and it seemed like the floors hadn't been properly swept since the previous guests.
