Everything great.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at the cottages. We loved the complimentary bikes, paddle boards, and canoes that were offered to us. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore the beautiful lake and take a refreshing swim. the clean and lovely water was a major advantage, especially during the hot weather on Salt Spring. Additionally, we appreciated the spaciousness and privacy of the cottages. Unlike many other resorts, the cottages were well-placed with ample distance between them, providing a sense of seclusion. the modern and comfortable furniture, along with the big and comfortable bed, made our stay even more enjoyable. the two separate patios/decks were a great feature, allowing us to relax outside and providing our dogs with space to roam.

There were a couple of things that could have improved our experience. One issue was the difficulty in shutting off the water tap in the second suite when taking a bath.

The bed sheets were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious cabins offered stunning views of the water. We loved that we had access to complimentary canoes and paddleboards, and the deck provided plenty of room for enjoying the scenery. The bathrooms were well-appointed, and the large soaker tub in the main bedroom was a luxurious touch. The modern kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Additionally, the convenient parking right next to the cottage made it feel like our own home away from home.

Beautiful duplexes with comfy beds and nice furnishings. Amazing shower and tub in the master bedroom. Fairly well-appointed kitchens, although some more pots and pans would be helpful. Loved the dock, paddle boards, and canoes available for guest use. Lovely resort with spacious cottages and private patios. Great for dog owners and beautiful views. Peaceful location, close to shopping and restaurants. Wonderful for swimming in the warm pond. Great space in the suite. A perfect retreat after exploring the island.

We had an amazing value for our money! The room was cozy and well-stocked, and the two separate patios were a nice touch. The location was secluded yet close to everything, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lakefront views were absolutely stunning, and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the large dock, taking in the scenery. The location was perfect, just minutes away from Ganges, making it convenient to explore the area. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, I loved that the accommodations were dog-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along on the trip. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

We recently stayed at The Cottages on Salt Spring Island for a few days and it was amazing. The views of the lake were breathtaking and we loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The large dock provided a perfect spot for us to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The location was convenient, just minutes from Ganges. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. We also appreciated the keycode entry lock, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. a great place to stay!

The location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by. The cottage was spacious and well laid out, with all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. We appreciated the included equipment rentals, such as bikes, canoes, and paddle boards. The property manager was responsive and helpful, even providing a fan upon request. The presence of dog waste bags on the property was a nice touch. We will definitely be returning!

Felt at home, nothing too much trouble.

The location of the cottages is superb, just a short drive from the ferry and close to the charming town center. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable king beds and spacious bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the large deck with outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views and even take advantage of the provided paddle boards and boats for some fun on the lake.

One negative aspect is that the cottages in front can obstruct the view from some rooms.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting. Great layout for families. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The cottage was right on the lake, providing a beautiful view. The location was peaceful and quiet. The cottage was well-equipped and clean, with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Free lake canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding were available.
