As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the historical charm of the inn, the modernized rooms, and the beautiful views of the church. The air conditioning kept our room cool, the bed was comfy, and the breakfasts were tasty and filling. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, within walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants, and the university. The staff were exceptional, always pleasant and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed with little luxury touches like makeup towels, robes, and conditioner. The property itself was stunning, with gorgeous flower beds. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and a berry scone to start. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Lovely room with fireplace, comfortable bed, and smart TV. Clean bathroom with nice amenities. Great service, they fixed the fireplace quickly and provided a heater in the meantime. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The parking was easy and the location was close to everything. The hotel was in a pretty neighborhood and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Secret Garden Inn was truly delightful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Now, here's the specific situation: One evening, it was quite warm outside and I found that the ventilation in my room was not sufficient to keep it cool. I mentioned this to a staff member at breakfast the next morning and within half an hour, a brand new Dyson heater/fan/air purifier was brought to my room. The improvement in the air quality was amazing, and I had a perfect night's sleep. The owner even followed up with me personally to ensure everything was okay. In terms of drawbacks, the breakfast had limited options, but the delicious crepe I had was still satisfying. The only other minor issue was that the room walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from neighboring guests. I had a wonderful stay at the Secret Garden Inn. The beautiful building, clean and comfortable rooms, and attentive staff made it a truly pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston.

The Secret Garden Inn was an incredible value for the money. The room was lovely, with beautiful bed linens and a cozy clawfoot tub. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly clean. I loved the beautiful stained glass throughout the inn. the breakfast was simply delicious, and having my own coffee bodum was a special touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. It was also great being able to walk to the Grand theatre in just a few minutes to catch a live play.

There were a few issues during my stay. the fridge in my room was disconnected, so I couldn't use the milk for my morning coffee.
