inn on the harbour in prince rupert was a lovely stay. friendly staff, comfy bed, and great common areas. the fridge in the room was a lifesaver for road trips, and we loved the washer and dryer. the lounge and deck were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

Window design made the room too hot.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, right across the street from where the airport shuttle pulls in. It's so convenient, especially if you're arriving late at night. The staff here are top-notch, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and have a cool, modern design with furniture that adds character. And let's not forget the breakfast! With a lovely view of the harbor, it's the perfect way to start your day.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever!

We got great value for our money with a wonderful room and a stunning view of the waterfront from the lounge. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the marina for whale and grizzly bear tours, as well as the railway museum and Museum of Northern BC. The staff treated us well, ordering taxis for our early morning ferry and ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

During the slow tourist season, this hotel offers a great waterfront location that allows you to enjoy stunning views of the harbor. The hotel is conveniently located close to the liquor store, making it easy to grab any supplies you may need. it is situated opposite where the shuttle from the airport comes in, making transportation to and from the hotel hassle-free.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated on the harbour side, offering a picturesque view of the water. Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to shops, and it's also a short distance to Digby island and downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast, with its pancake making machine, adds variety to start the day. Additionally, the friendly and efficient front desk service is commendable.

The hotel lacks easily accessible powerpoints for charging electronics.

our recent stay in prince rupert was fantastic, but this time at inn on the harbour was even better - loved taking strolls along the docks and watching the ships go by. breakfast was great with a spectacular view.

The location was convenient and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff at reception were extremely helpful, especially with the air canada departure procedure. The room had a nice view of the water and the beds were very comfy. The inclusive breakfast had plenty of choices and was served early enough for ferry travelers. The front desk staff provided great directions and even helped with printing.

All was perfect.

Stayed at this hotel for our fishing charter and had a great experience. The room was clean and nicely updated. Although there was a minor issue with the AC, the hotel provided a fan and we were able to sleep comfortably. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect with beautiful water views. The breakfast selection was good and we enjoyed it on the deck overlooking the view. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

Spent xmas at this hotel and the location couldn't be better. the view from the room was amazing, overlooking the harbor and the mountains. the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus and included a variety of options to choose from, including fresh pastries and hot coffee.
