I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to catch my flight. The swimming pool and fitness center were clean and well-maintained. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for its nice service and cleanliness.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool was not open and I wished there was a Starbucks in the lobby after 7:00pm. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more affordable snack options available in the evening.

This place is conveniently located close to the airport, so it's perfect for travelers like me. The rooms are spacious and bright during the day, which I really liked. The staff here is kind and nice, always ready to help. They even have plenty of outlets right next to the beds, so charging my devices was never a problem. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the lobby and bar area were beautifully decorated. this hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and I must give a special shoutout to Jacqueline who was absolutely awesome! The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient, and the location was close to the airport. The atmosphere in the restaurant during breakfast was pleasant.

Amazing service and helpful shuttle drivers. The hotel is currently undergoing construction, but it doesn't disrupt the stay. The best part is the shuttle that drops you off at the airport, making sightseeing easy. The bedding and towels are of great quality.

The front desk staff at the Westin Toronto Airport were extremely helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, I had a lot of questions about the area and they took the time to provide me with detailed information and recommendations. They also made the check-in process quick and efficient. Additionally, the shuttle bus driver who picked me up from the airport was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage. The hotel lobby was stunning and the room I stayed in was impeccably clean. Despite the minor issue of having a view of the parking lot, my overall stay was excellent.

The staff at the front desk were helpful. The water pressure in the shower was great. Pets are allowed in the room with no extra fees. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. The bed was comfortable.

Clean, convenient and courteous staff. the hotel has undergone renovations, with amazing king rooms featuring wood floors and lots of space. the valet, Munir, provided excellent service, greeting family and friends and offering restaurant recommendations. the staff, including housekeeping, concierge, customer service, cooks. the hotel creates an amazing culture and I highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at the Westin Airport hotel for a weekend getaway. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's location provided easy access to major highways and a great selection of nearby restaurants. it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return.
