We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received as platinum members at the Westin. The staff mentioned our status as soon as we arrived, and the friendly service continued throughout our stay. The platinum lounge on the top floor was a lovely spot with a great view. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had everything we needed for a quick bite before starting our day. The evening snacks and hot entrees were a nice touch as well. We appreciated the availability of snacks and drinks throughout the day, including delicious homemade cookies. The free airport shuttle was convenient, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a hit. Although the gym could use improvement, overall it was a nice hotel close to the airport, and the price was reasonable. We were especially pleased with the big corner room we got through a suite night award. we recommend this hotel for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is very convenient with a free airport shuttle that takes you to the night market. The staff was very kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in late. Our room was equipped with free Wi-Fi and great amenities including an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and separate tub and shower. Room service was also excellent.

While this place is not close to Vancouver downtown, we would still recommend it to anyone visiting the area with family.

I had a relaxing 15-day stay at The Westin. The room staff and front desk were wonderful, providing excellent service. The bed was the best I've slept in at a hotel. The hotel provided good in-house coffee and a delicious breakfast with a perfect omelette. The staff were kind and helpful, even arranging a paid taxi for me due to shuttle restrictions. I left feeling rested, fed, and ready for my travels.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is great, not far from the airport and right on the harbor. We also loved that it was close to the SkyTrain, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service was fantastic, and the housekeeping service was excellent as well. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. We also appreciated the free airport shuttle and the welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like an ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. we had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
