The check-in experience was pleasant, with a friendly and helpful staff member. The room was clean and comfortable. A snack area/store was available, stocked with frozen food, chips, and beverages. Conveniently located next to a Black Bear Diner. The breakfast provided a decent variety of options, including eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit.

The service was excellent and the hotel was incredibly clean. The business area was convenient for printing and working. The price was worth it.

The hotel had a heated pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. And the 24-hour coffee in the lobby was a great perk, especially for those early mornings.

The pool closed early at 8pm and didn't open until 10am, limiting our swimming time. It would have been nice to have a longer window to enjoy the pool.

The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and convenient laundry facilities were great for our extended stay with children.
