The location of the hotel was great, being just a short distance from the gondola in the village. It was also conveniently close to the National Park, making it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding nature. The interiors of the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and equipped, allowing for easy cooking. The pools on the property were a fun addition, offering a refreshing way to relax after a day of activities.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as some areas such as under the beds were found to be dirty.

The condo at Tremblant Les Eaux By Rendez-Vous was beautifully situated amidst lush greenery, creating a peaceful and scenic environment. The fully equipped kitchen and great appliances made cooking a breeze. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, the overall cleanliness of the unit was satisfactory. The proximity to the pool, convenient parking, and easy access to Tremblant Village were definite advantages. The comfortable beds and private balcony provided a relaxing retreat.

There were some drawbacks to our stay, such as the traffic noise and lack of hooks or chairs in the rooms to hang wet towels. Additionally, the lighting in the kitchen was a bit dim and the TV was on the smaller side.

Some units offer a nice view of Lac Tremblant, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of nature. the condo management does their best to ensure a positive experience, with excellent check-in service and support at the nearby Chateau Beauvallon.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is that some of the French-speaking staff members were rude, which could have affected the overall guest experience.

The staff at check-in were friendly and informative, providing us with helpful information about the area. We were pleasantly surprised to be given unlimited access to the gondola in the village, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings. we were provided with a pass to the National Park, which was a great bonus.

The cleanliness of the unit was not up to par, especially under the beds where we found lots of dust and leftover items from previous guests. the bathroom situation was also quite inconvenient, with a tight and moldy shower in the upstairs bathroom and the only larger bathroom within a bedroom, making it inaccessible for others.
