Christmas stay at this hotel was great! the room was spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities to make us feel at home. the staff was welcoming and always smiling, making us feel comfortable and valued. We enjoyed the central location that allowed us to easily access nearby shopping centers and casinos. the parking area was convenient and provided us with secure parking for our car. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty breakfast selection and the wide variety of cakes!

Although our stay was mostly pleasant, we did find it difficult to communicate with the staff members at times, as they didn't always speak English or German fluently. Sadly, the hotel lacks a lift, thus making it quite a challenge to access the rooms, especially for the elderly or people with disabilities.

During my recent stay at a hotel near Sopron Plaza, I had the pleasure of enjoying the great WiFi and the steam bath/infrared sauna that were at my disposal. The location was excellent, being close to the Plaza.

This hotel was an excellent find for the price I paid. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a separated toilet and a huge bed. I particularly loved the big balcony on the first floor, which offered beautiful views of the surrounding hillside. The location was also great, with a mall just across the road for convenient shopping.

No negatives to report, everything was just fine.

The hotel is small but nice, with attention to detail and a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious with a mini bar and a nice big bathtub. The breakfast, although a bit salty, was fabulous and more than enough.

All was ok.
