The location of the hotel was perfect! We were able to stroll to the town or use the bus passes provided by the friendly staff. Another advantage was the spacious accommodation that suited our needs, especially since we were traveling with our adult children. It was a comfortable and homey space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and having dinner after a chilly day outdoors.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown. I had stayed here before and had a good experience, which is why I chose to come back.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a room upgrade for a small cost. The location was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. My room had a cozy fireplace and there was a woodshed nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The front desk concierge was so helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the convenience of having Buffalo Mountain Lodge just a short walk away for hot beverages.

The parking situation was a bit tight and some guests were not considerate about where they parked, causing a minor inconvenience.

I was in Banff for a few days and this hotel was the perfect choice. The newly renovated rooms were impressive, with amenities such as a cozy fireplace, a balcony with a great view, and a big flat-screen TV. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that there were two sinks outside of the bathroom. The spacious shower even had a steam bath option, and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Having a kitchen with a full-sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher saved me money on eating out. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, even offering a late check-out and an HDMI cable when I needed one. The free bus passes to downtown were a bonus!

Our stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort was fantastic! We stayed for a week and had a great time exploring the trails and the town centre. The apartment was spacious with a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The kitchenette had all the necessary amenities, including an induction surface for cooking. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with free bear spray and bus tickets. The suite was comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked and beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom. Thanks to Catherine, we even received our forgotten clothes in Vancouver. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We got great value for our money at Tunnel Mountain Resort. The room was well-equipped and the beds were super comfy. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from downtown. The staff were amazing, they took really good care of us during our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but overall, it was a minor issue.

We loved our stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort! The staff were amazing - friendly and always there to help. They even left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary and provided our dog with a bed, treats, and a new toy. The chalets were nice with plenty of space and a great balcony for relaxing with a beer. The hot tub was a real treat and definitely worth finding. The location was a bit out of town, but we enjoyed the peacefulness and it was easy to catch the bus into town. The swimming pool and laundry facilities were also a plus. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the parking space was convenient. we loved every second of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort! The room with the extra bedroom and loft was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was so clean and comfortable, with two bathrooms and three TVs. The fireplace with complimentary logs created a cozy atmosphere on a cold rainy night. The cleaning, maintenance, and reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, the resort provides a complimentary bus pass into town, with the bus stop just outside. we highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful room and great service.

The cabin we stayed in was recently renovated and had a full kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The wood-burning fireplace added a cozy touch to our stay. The comfortable beds and separate sleeping area in the loft were a nice addition as well.
