The location of the hotel was perfect! We were able to stroll to the town or use the bus passes provided by the friendly staff. Another advantage was the spacious accommodation that suited our needs, especially since we were traveling with our adult children. It was a comfortable and homey space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and having dinner after a chilly day outdoors.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown. I had stayed here before and had a good experience, which is why I chose to come back.

I was in Banff for a few days and this hotel was the perfect choice. The newly renovated rooms were impressive, with amenities such as a cozy fireplace, a balcony with a great view, and a big flat-screen TV. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that there were two sinks outside of the bathroom. The spacious shower even had a steam bath option, and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Having a kitchen with a full-sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher saved me money on eating out. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, even offering a late check-out and an HDMI cable when I needed one. The free bus passes to downtown were a bonus!

Our stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort was fantastic! We stayed for a week and had a great time exploring the trails and the town centre. The apartment was spacious with a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The kitchenette had all the necessary amenities, including an induction surface for cooking. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with free bear spray and bus tickets. The suite was comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked and beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom. Thanks to Catherine, we even received our forgotten clothes in Vancouver. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort! The staff were amazing - friendly and always there to help. They even left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary and provided our dog with a bed, treats, and a new toy. The chalets were nice with plenty of space and a great balcony for relaxing with a beer. The hot tub was a real treat and definitely worth finding. The location was a bit out of town, but we enjoyed the peacefulness and it was easy to catch the bus into town. The swimming pool and laundry facilities were also a plus. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the parking space was convenient. we loved every second of our stay.

The hotel was very clean, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch to the room. The view from the hotel room was excellent, offering a beautiful backdrop. The convenient bus service into downtown was a bonus, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to the Sleeping Buffalo Dining Room allowed for a great dining experience with a wonderful ambiance and delicious food.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and always there to help. They went above and beyond, leaving us a bottle of wine for our anniversary and providing our dog with a bed, treats, and a toy. The location was also fantastic, with lots of hiking trails nearby and a beautiful view from our balcony. The room itself had a comfy king bed, a fabulous steam shower and jet tub, and a gas fireplace. We also appreciated the complimentary bus passes and the convenience of parking right outside our door. we loved every second of our stay at this pet-friendly resort.
