The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were outstanding. The room had a modern design and was sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the financial district at the edge of Chinatown. It was close to everything in the city, including attractions and public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service.

During my recent stay at the Orchard Garden, I was impressed by the incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially when I arrived early after a long and tiring flight. They made sure I had a room available for rest and were very helpful with any small requests I had. The bed and bathroom were comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great sleep. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I had a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Orchard Garden went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. When my GrubHub order arrived without utensils and napkins, they provided everything I needed, even though the restaurant was closed. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious and generous, much better than a highly rated "French" restaurant across the street. The rooftop at night was a perfect place to relax. The hotel's location near Chinatown and within walking distance to shops and public transportation was excellent. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Great stay during Easter! the rooms were clean and nice, with good water pressure in the bathrooms. the location was awesome, near Chinatown. the rooftop garden provided a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

One downside was that they charged me the full amount of my stay even though it was already paid by my company, causing some budget constraints. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, which would have been helpful.

The hotel is located in a really cool area, close to the gates of Chinatown and within walking distance to most places in the city. the rooms are clean, bright, spacious , and modern. Another great advantage is the friendly and welcoming staff who make you feel right at home.

The parking at the hotel is quite overpriced, but there are cheaper options just a couple blocks away. the customer service could be improved, as they don't provide basic information like breakfast or check-out details.

We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and transportation options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We also appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives of this place, as they took extra steps to maintain their credentials. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The lobby area of Orchard Garden Hotel is attractive and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Union Square and Chinatown, with plenty of restaurants and landmarks within walking distance.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The white bedspread/comforter felt hospital-like and required extra care, and the large mirror beside the bed was a bit inconvenient for morning routines.

Central location, clean room, comfortable bed. Helpful staff, comprehensive list of nearby dining options provided. No restaurant on-site, but many nearby. Good size rooms with tea/coffee facilities and fridge. Hotel and all areas very clean. Close to Union Square, Ferry Building. Chinatown nearby. Highly recommend, would stay again.
