The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were outstanding. The room had a modern design and was sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the financial district at the edge of Chinatown. It was close to everything in the city, including attractions and public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service.

This place has a fabulous location, right at City Center and just outside the gate to Chinatown, close to everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the service is top-notch. The room was lovely, spacious, and always sparkling clean. The rooftop garden was a nice bonus that I enjoyed a lot, a perfect spot to relax with a scenic view.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond in arranging transportation for us, making sure we had taxis or shuttles ready whenever we needed them, and they did it all with smiles. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city, with Union Square and other attractions just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast at the nearby French cafe was delightful. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

During my recent stay at the Orchard Garden, I was impressed by the incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially when I arrived early after a long and tiring flight. They made sure I had a room available for rest and were very helpful with any small requests I had. The bed and bathroom were comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great sleep. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I had a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Orchard Garden went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. When my GrubHub order arrived without utensils and napkins, they provided everything I needed, even though the restaurant was closed. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious and generous, much better than a highly rated "French" restaurant across the street. The rooftop at night was a perfect place to relax. The hotel's location near Chinatown and within walking distance to shops and public transportation was excellent. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel is exceptionally located right at City Center, just outside the gate to Chinatown, within walking distance to Union Square. The staff is friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless, with all modern amenities and a very comfortable bed with a couch.

Great stay during Easter! The rooms were clean and nice, with good water pressure in the bathrooms. The location was awesome, near Chinatown. The rooftop garden provided a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

One downside was that they charged me the full amount of my stay even though it was already paid by my company, causing some budget constraints. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, which would have been helpful.

Awesome stay! Free truffle chocolates in the room, centrally located! Under 10 minutes from the shopping district and main transportation hubs - this hotel had it all! Plus, I loved the rooftop view of the city.
