Despite ongoing renovations, the property was well, maintained. the indoor pool and sauna provided relaxation, and nearby landmarks like Duke Hunt Museum and Mount McKay offered interesting family outings. I had a great experience at this hotel! the staff were super nice and helpful, especially when I needed some utensils for my takeout order. They were pleasant, nice, and went out of their way to make sure everything was organized for my conference stay. the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient with lots of parking nearby and plenty of restaurants along Arthur Street.

There are a few things that could be improved at this hotel. the room could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom area.
