Conveniently located, friendly staff, great breakfast, cozy bed, clean and newly renovated rooms, nice bathrobes. Easy walking distance to various restaurants and shops, as well as popular venues such as Rogers Arena. Rooms may be small but still comfortable with comfortable beds and ample shared washrooms. Nespresso machines in some rooms and regularly cleaned shared washrooms make for a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic, only minutes walk away from Gas Town, a must-see area when visiting. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities provided in the rooms were very adequate and clean.

Noise from other guests was a little rough, and the breakfast was small but well presented.

As a group of party people, we loved the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. The small hotel in a Victorian style building provided huge comforts with spacious rooms and comfortable king size beds. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and informative, and we even got upgraded. Thank you! We will definitely come back!

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with lots of interesting things to do in the surrounding area. It was within walking distance of restaurants, bars, clubs, bakeries, and boutiques. The hotel itself was clean and had modern upgrades that enhanced its original charm. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh baked baguettes, good coffee, fresh juice. The staff was excellent, providing helpful suggestions for places to eat and ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I also appreciated the secure parking and the fact that the hotel was smaller compared to the highrise hotels.

The location was excellent for walking to nearby neighborhoods and restaurants. The staff at the front desk were kind and always available to assist with any inquiries. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Gastown and the main strip in the city. We could easily access public transportation, including the Canada Line from Waterfront Station to the airport.

This hotel is conveniently located close to public transport and within walking distance of many areas, including the delightful area of Gastown. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms had a huge bed, even those with shared bathroom where the sink was outside the bathroom. The free breakfast included excellent breads from a local French bakery along with cereal and fruit.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
