We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It's so close to the subway, which takes you straight into the city in just 35 minutes. The transportation options were fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filling. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Village At York U for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hosts, Melanie and Sam, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with valuable tips for exploring Niagara Falls and even gave us a lift to the nearby subway station. The room was comfortable and the house was clean. I loved the added bonus of a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, as well as the separate dining area. The breakfast they offered was delicious, and I enjoyed sitting around the table and chatting with the hosts and other guests. it felt like a home away from home.

I recently stayed at Village At York U for 11 nights while attending a course at York University. The location was perfect, with a subway station just a short walk away and easy access to downtown. The owner, Melanie, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. I especially appreciated the small touches like having some food and drinks provided for late arrivals. a fantastic experience and I will definitely stay here again for future trips to York University.

This was the best homestay I've had in Toronto! As a student on a budget, I've stayed in many different homestays over the years, and this one was by far the most homey, comfortable, and clean. The house, room, and bathroom were brand-new and bug-free. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, even changing my bedsheet and cleaning my room during my stay. They provided free food like bread, fruit, eggs, and milk, and the location was convenient with nearby grocery stores and public transportation. The owners even drove me to the subway station on my last day. Highly recommended!

They even changed the bedsheets and cleaned the attached bathroom during my stay. The complimentary breakfast and snacks were a fantastic addition, with a variety of delicious options available every day. The location was highly convenient, with easy access to a grocery store, subway station, bus stop, and popular eateries. Lastly, the hosts went above and beyond by providing a ride to the subway station on my departure day.

Although my twin mattress was comfortable, my brother mentioned that his wasn't. parking was limited on the side street and had to be moved during the week, which could be inconvenient.

Looking for a nice, clean and cheap place in Toronto? Found it at Village At York U! Stayed for a week, room was small but comfy. Shared bathroom was clean and functional. Staff was helpful. Cheap parking nearby, free on weekends. Easy subway access to city centre.
