The location was perfect, just down the boardwalk and right next door to many stores. It was also close to the beach, which was a major plus. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, especially the ones on the second floor with a fridge, were convenient and added to the overall pleasant experience. Plus, having a room on the ground floor with a walk out patio was a great bonus.

Our check-in experience was not very pleasant. We had requested an early check-in, but were told the room wouldn't be ready until after 3pm, with no further information or assistance.
