Confusing parking and check-in locations!!! Cleaning standards didn’t meet expectations, with dusty surfaces and unclean counters!!! Improved signage would help navigate the hotel better and the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space!!!

the cleaner didn’t even bother vacuuming during our 14-night stay, how hard can that be? i almost left a great review but was denied an upgrade for my trouble—guess i’m not special. if you’re looking for basic, this is it.

The kitchen in the suite was pretty well-stocked, sporting a full-size oven and a large refrigerator, which is great for cooking your own meals. The suite itself was spacious, allowing for comfortable lounging after a day of exploring, and it was surprisingly quiet, even with students nearby.

However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. I found dust in various corners and leftover grime on kitchen counters when I arrived. The bathroom was on the small side with limited counter space, making it a bit cramped for more than two people. The TV's content options were limited, requiring additional subscriptions to catch major events. Also, if you're planning to park, be ready for a confusing maneuvering to find the right lot.

Our stay at the West Coast Suites was simply enchanting! The King Suite was breathtakingly clean and had a fresh design that made us feel right at home. We loved the peaceful gardens, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Vancouver.

the vibe at west coast suites at ubc was awesome! loved the clean linens and the handy kitchenette for cooking. the surrounding gardens are so chill, perfect for relaxing after a day on campus.

The King Suite was really comfortable! Big bed and great for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn’t use it much. The sofa bed was decent, everyone slept well. The bathroom felt a bit basic though, kinda like a dorm setup with the plastic shower stall, and it lacked a bathtub. We liked the peaceful surroundings. Just a heads up, parking is tricky.

the wi-fi was inconsistent,, and that was a hassle. but the location was super convenient for everything we needed. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette which was great. also, the quietness of the surroundings made it nice for relaxing.
