I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. the location, just a short walk from Hakata Station, made it convenient for exploring the city. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially during check-in and breakfast. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with cozy lighting that created a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different preferences.

Stayed at Nikko for leisure for three nights. Excellent location near Hakata Station. Easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping malls. Superb breakfast spread with Western and Japanese options. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to return forgotten items promptly. the rooms were decently sized with useful night lighting.

Excellent service and a great location! We stayed for 2 nights and were impressed with the 5-star rating. Getting to the hotel was easy - we took a taxi from the airport and it only took 10 minutes. The hotel is located at the West side of Hakata Station, just a short walk away. The staff are fluent in English and the hotel is surrounded by shopping, food, and transportation options. The provided toiletries were high quality and we highly recommend adding on the breakfast option, it's worth it! We had a happy stay.
