Our stay at the Anchorage Motel was a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the convenient downtown location. Despite not having breakfast, the affordable price more than made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.

It is situated just a short walk from the village, making it convenient to access restaurants, shops, and the bus to Acadia National Park. The motel is located in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. parking can be a concern in the area, but being able to walk to the village eliminates any worries about finding a parking spot.

The room could benefit from a few more amenities to enhance the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially since I was traveling with my 11-month-old son. They even offered us a downstairs room and provided a park pass for us. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in town and just a quick walk to downtown. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was extremely clean. I also appreciated that they had a list of pet-friendly establishments and restaurants nearby. the staff's kindness and the hotel's convenient location made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a quaint 1960s era motel in an excellent location, just a short walk from downtown Bar Harbor and close to Acadia National Park. The motel may not have been updated lately, but my clean and comfortable room had everything I needed, including a new mattress that was better than beds in pricier hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I found great value for my budget. a pleasant stay with all the essentials and an unbeatable location.
