The hand shower remains broken, making showers inconvenient!!! The cleaning products used are overpowering, which almost suffocates you!!! The duvets could use a serious clean or replacement!!!

Superb location close to malls! The breakfast selection is delicious with ample choices! Guests praised the staff for their outstanding service and attentiveness.

I encountered several issues during my stay. First, the shower area in my room had hair on the floor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I struggled to get extra towels as housekeeping seemed annoyed at my request and only permitted me to exchange dirty towels. The noise from the busy street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, despite being in a room that didn't face the main street.

The brekkie had me sorted with local options, eggs, and mangu – totally lekker! And shoutout to the chommie at reception who made sure I was comfy and sorted when I needed a new room. Clean and tidy vibes all around, just how I like it!

But ag man, the street noise was a bit of a jol sometimes, might not be the best for light sleepers.

Super clean and comfy room. A great spot! There’s a hospital right across, making me feel extra safe. And can we talk about the lovely maids? They even bagged my snacks like little heroes!

But oh dear, climbing five floors without an elevator felt like a mini workout! And the weekend street noise? Let’s just say my beauty sleep took a vacation.

The wifi worked well throughout most of the hotel, and I enjoyed the hot water for showers. The viewing options in the room were great, too. I felt completely comfortable, and I was impressed with how modern the place felt!

stayed at palmetto hotel and it was pretty cool. the location is super convienient, like right near a mall and restaurants. my room was decent size and the a/c worked great! the shower had awesome pressure and hot water, which is a plus in the dr breakfast on the rooftop was nice too with a good view.

but there was a lot of street noise, made it hard to sleep sometimes. also, they charged me 20 bucks for early check-in which felt kinda steep.
