I recently stayed at Wingate and had a wonderful experience. My family and I were in town for a few days and the hotel met all of our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the included breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff at Wingate were incredibly accommodating as well. They were quick to help us move to a quieter room when we requested it upon check-in, ensuring our two-year-old could nap and sleep peacefully. Additionally, the rooms were kept clean and the staff promptly attended to any requests we had. The chocolate milk cartons and waffle maker at breakfast were a nice treat, and I appreciated the option to grab something to go. our stay at Wingate was comfortable, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations.

The waterslide area was overcrowded and rambunctious, with no supervision from staff or parents. the water pressure in the room shower was adequate at best.

The hotel offered a great complimentary breakfast with various options to choose from, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was also convenient, located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to find something to eat or do in the area. the room provided ample space and was very clean and comfortable.

There was an issue with unwanted soliciting in the hotel, which made me question the level of security in the building. It was concerning to find fliers promoting pizza sales under my door, and it left me feeling uneasy about who has access to the hotel.
