During my stay at Pestana Tropico, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special, surprising me with a delightful assortment of sweet treats. The well-maintained gardens and communal areas added a touch of serenity to my stay, and the clean rooms were always taken care of by the efficient maid service. I also found the hotel to be a great value, with reasonable prices for food and drinks at the restaurant and bar.

One specific situation that stood out was when my room service order arrived cold. However, this was just a minor setback amidst an otherwise wonderful experience.

The pool area was a great place to relax and the restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. We also appreciated the complimentary water and enjoyed the decent wifi. the location was very convenient with an ATM and airport shuttle available in the lobby.
