The staff at Hotel Casa Mia were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my solo stay truly enjoyable. The location in the heart of Trastevere was perfect, with easy access to the best restaurants and bars. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was peaceful and I didn't experience any noise disturbances. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hairdryer was surprisingly powerful, which was a great bonus for someone with long hair. The hotel also offered cooking classes and food tours, adding to the overall experience.

The hotel is located down the street from various restaurants, making it convenient for meals. The public transit is easily accessible, just down the street from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a generously sized shower. The breakfast options are great, including orange juice, coffee, pastries, and a selection of meats and cheese.

The check-in process downstairs seemed a bit unwelcoming and inconvenient as all arrangements had to be done online.

The location was perfect for exploring the city during the Christmas season, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. the decor in the room was nice and we appreciated the aircon when it worked. We also enjoyed the simple breakfast and the fact that they offered complimentary bag storage.

The front desk was often empty and the internet on the first floor didn't work. We had a major issue with the aircon during our first 24 hours and the promised ventilator never materialized.
