The staff at the resort were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries or requests. They even fixed a minor issue with the toilet in our room while we were out. The beach service was outstanding, especially Neil, who made our beach time a great experience. The food at the resort was tremendous, with lobster night at Veranda being a big hit. The artificial reefs for snorkeling were solid, and if you head south from the second line of reefs, you have a great chance of seeing even more marine life. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The highlight of our trip was the DIY classes and complimentary water activities, such as snorkeling and paddleboarding. The on-site restaurants, Veranda and Anchor & Den, served delicious meals. The hotel also provided daily and nightly entertainment. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite my early check-in, they provided me with a cell phone and stored my luggage until my room was ready. The beachside restaurant offered stunning views of the Caribbean, and the weekly schedule of events provided plenty of options for entertainment. The staff at the poolside bar and towel service were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet at the Anchor and Den was a highlight, with delicious food and exceptional service from the staff. The resort's family-friendly amenities, such as paddle boards, kayaks, and a man-made reef, added to the enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

We had a fabulous family vacation at a well-maintained resort with superb staff. From the pleasant and thorough check-in experience with Nikki to the spectacular housekeeping by Evelyn, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The pool and beach staff, especially Wayne and Myles, were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had a wonderful time. The Veranda restaurant provided delicious meals. We loved exploring the local attractions, shopping at the gift shop, snorkeling at the reef right in front of the beach, and enjoying various activities such as candlemaking and painting offered at the resort. The room was comfortable, with a great view of the courtyard. The facilities were clean and well taken care of.

The red sail staff at the resort were not at the same level as the hotel staff, but still provided good service.

The breakfast at the Marriott was absolutely amazing! The wide variety of dishes from different regions made for a delicious and satisfying meal. The friendly staff and quick service added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its superb breakfast selection.

We loved the service at this hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the maids to the wait staff, were all wonderful and provided Ritz Carlton service at Marriott prices. The hotel grounds were magnificent, with modern designs and beautiful gardens. The location was great for snorkeling, right off the beach with an artificial reef of reefballs in front of the resort. The hotel facilities offered nightly entertainment with talented musicians. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and our request for an early check-in was granted. The service provided by Siska, Omar, Lloyd, and Anthonie was outstanding - they treated us like royalty and even celebrated our anniversary with a delicious chocolate cake. Our granddaughter lost her photo album and Omar made the effort to track it down and have it returned to us. The food at the hotel was also very good, offering a variety of delicious options.
