absolutely stunning hotel, exceeded all expectations for a romantic weekend getaway in puerto natales. the staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and the food was delicious. can't wait to come back someday.

Interesting hillside architecture, stunning views, comfortable rooms with openable windows and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, croissants, and cheese. Convenient location, a short walk or affordable taxi ride to town center. Helpful and professional staff.

During my recent stay at Hotel Altiplanico, I was amazed by the unique design and architecture of the hotel. It felt like I was living in the bosom of the earth, with an ultra-modern yet welcoming warm ambiance. The panoramic windows in the room provided stunning views of the bay and mountains. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a heated bathroom floor. The common areas were also very inviting, offering plenty of spots to relax and take in the beautiful nature views. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited WiFi in the guest rooms and the need for a taxi to reach the town, I would highly recommend Hotel Altiplanico for its incredible architecture, great nature views, and overall enjoyable stay.

altiplanico was the perfect base for our family holiday in puerto natales. the stunning glass-walled room and large bathroom with underfloor heating were luxurious. the helpful staff arranged bus tickets when they were sold out. the restaurant had tasty food and a lovely view. we loved our stay!

The hotel is a great place to stay during a visit to the city. the staff is very helpful and accommodating, always ready to give some good travel advice. the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, with a modern and warm design. the breakfast is fresh and generous, while the dinner offered is creative yet reasonably priced. One of the best things about the hotel is that it offers a spacious and interestingly designed dining room. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family.

One of the worst aspects, though, is that the hotel is a bit out of town and that taxis are needed for getting around. Another negative factor is that the in-room wifi can be a bit slow and have a weak connection.

We recently stayed at Hotel Altiplanico in Puerto Natales for our hiking trip to the National Park. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The hotel's quirky design and attention to detail created a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The bar served delicious pisco sours and the breakfasts were excellent. We were also impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Felipe at the reception. The hotel's location, though a bit far from the town center, was perfect for a relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay with stunning surroundings.
