I had the most amazing experience during my Christmas stay in San Pedro de Atacama. the hotel offered impeccable service and made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. the excursions were well planned and allowed me to explore the breathtaking scenery of the Atacama desert. the staff, including the guides, were knowledgeable and friendly, making the trips even more enjoyable. Additionally, the spa at the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

Although the dining experience was enjoyable, the menu for lunch and dinner was the same, which limited the variety of food options. However, I do understand that the hotel is located in a remote area, and they have done their best to provide a good selection.

The tour guides were excellent, knowledgeable, and passionate. They offered small group tours, which allowed for a more personalized experience. the staff, guides, and service were all top-notch, providing great assistance and making our stay enjoyable. the location of the hotel was amazing, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The food lacked variety, with the same limited menu being offered for most meals. This became quite monotonous and disappointing.

What a fantastic romantic escape! We had an amazing time at the hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile. the tour consultants were knowledgeable and helped us choose the best tours for our interests. We loved the Kari Gorge and Rainbow Valley tours, the scenery was breathtaking. the food at the Saturday BBQ lunch was delicious, especially the lamb and chicken. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. We also appreciated the adaptors provided by the hotel.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the room safes were difficult to use, and many of our group struggled with them.

The location of Nayara Alto Atacama offers breathtaking views of the desert oasis. The food served at the restaurant is exceptionally tasty, and the hotel even accommodates custom orders. They offer bike rentals for guests to explore the nearby desert area. The jacuzzi and swimming pool area is really nice, perfect for relaxation. The astrology tour with the hotel's own telescope is a unique and interesting experience.

On the second day of our stay at this hotel, we were amazed by its perfect location tucked away in the stunning desert scenery. The cactus garden outside our spacious and comfortable room added a unique touch to the experience. The staff, especially the restaurant team led by Enrique, provided exceptional service and made us feel truly welcome. The restaurant offered beautifully presented dishes with a local twist, showcasing the flavors of the Atacama region. We also enjoyed the excursions included in our package, particularly the cactus hike guided by Manuel, who shared his extensive knowledge of the area. The hotel's attention to detail, from the locally woven blanket in our room to the friendly bar atmosphere, made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and highly recommend it.

I spent a delightful 4 months in Buenos Aires and needed a quick getaway to renew my visa. The Nayara Alto Atacama lodge in Chile popped up and I'm so glad I tried it! The organization and coordination were top-notch, from airport pickup to excursion options. The setting is absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking views of red mountains. The architecture and landscaping are a visual treat. And the food? Out of this world! The breakfast had everything, even fresh avocado, and the lunches and dinners were beyond delicious. The staff, from reception to guides, were wonderful and truly passionate. The excursions were unforgettable, with knowledgeable guides who made every journey an adventure. an extraordinary stay.
