We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to a major shopping mall and in a nice neighborhood. The staff on the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, and they even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was big and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar and television. The buffet breakfast served at the restaurant was always very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the garden area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The housekeeping service could be improved, as they sometimes knocked on our door when we didn't require their service.
