We had a truly delightful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a main avenue with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service, offering room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour assistance. The room itself was impeccable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, featuring an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience as well. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The pool was fantastic, with a warm temperature and a good length for swimming laps. the breakfast bar was also outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel couldn't be beat, being just a block away from the Opera House and with easy access to major bus lines and the hop-on-hop-off bus.

The overall appearance of the hotel was a bit tired and worn. the decor could definitely use an update, and some areas like the gym and jacuzzi need improvement in terms of equipment and cleanliness.

Great Location, Nice Pool, and Fantastic Breakfast

The hotel we stayed in during our city break was in a prime location. It was located close to all the major attractions and bus lines, making transportation very convenient. We enjoyed the great pool which was clean and well maintained. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of food and beverages on offer, making it the perfect way to start the day.

We found the decor to be a bit dated and the rooms to be sparsely furnished. However, we were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
