I had a fantastic stay at Pullman Vitacura. The service was incredible, with staff going above and beyond to help us with our delayed bags. The location is beautiful, with a view of the golf course and mountains from our room. The bed and pillows were comfortable for a good sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Will definitely stay here again!

During my recent stay at Pullman Santiago, I experienced exceptional service from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and pampered throughout my stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the bright and cozy lobby, created a pleasant atmosphere. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also excellent. I am truly impressed by the leadership and training provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Pizarro. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Safe and Secure with Excellent Service

During our stay at the Pullman Santiago Vitacura, we felt extremely safe and secure in the Vitacura area, even during the manifestations happening at the time. The hotel personnel, particularly Han, were incredibly helpful in keeping us informed about any disruptions and making sure we avoided hot spots. The restaurant did a phenomenal job preparing meals with limited supplies, ensuring we had delicious food despite the compromised supply lines. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and commitment to guest safety.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location in a beautiful area outside downtown core was perfect for our needs. We were also impressed with the quality of the service we received, particularly the efforts made by the staff at the reception desk to get us a room so we could rest. The room itself was equipped ideally for comfort and getting work done. The staff were very helpful and polite, and we loved the excellent Breakfast Buffet. The free wifi worked well and we appreciated all the amenities that were provided.

We had the most amazing romantic escape here! the complementary sparkling wine and chocolates in our room were the perfect touch. the stunning views from our high floor room were breathtaking, especially at sunset. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We loved the convenience of having a shopping mall within walking distance.

The location was a bit far from the main attractions and public transportation. We had to take a taxi or walk for quite some time to get to the subway station.

The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a safe. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location in a safe area, close to good restaurants. Comfortable beds, good quality breakfast options. Walking distance to FAO and Bicentenario Park. Friendly staff and nice amenities like robes and slippers. High floor request was accommodated.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to the best restaurants in the city. It's a quieter neighborhood but still very good. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed. The breakfast offers a good variety of options to start the day. Plus, there is a small swimming pool available for relaxation.

The shower design is poor, with no door which leads to water getting all over the bathroom floor.

Terrific hotel location, with easy access to nearby eateries. Fast internet, friendly and diverse staff. Emmanuel, the cleaning staff, was thorough and created a wonderful outdoor sitting area. Oscar, the restaurant supervisor, provided exceptional service and created a lovely work environment. Excellent location for exploring the city and easy access to transportation. Great breakfast with delicious options.
