Best hotel pillow I have had in ages.

The breakfast attendant seemed overwhelmed, causing delays. We ran out of cinnamon rolls, which was disappointing. The pool area could use better maintenance, as there was algae present. It felt frustrating at times due to these issues.

Cozy room, friendly staff, the room had a fridge and microwave for convenience, and the hotel offered free internet access which was very handy for planning our day trips.

Couldn’t fault

We stayed just outside Amish Country, and the location was convenient with many dining options nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast was a nice start to our day. However, the pool area could use better upkeep as it appeared cold and had some algae.

The staff were real sweethearts, especially that Red fella helpin’ us with breakfast, bless his heart. The room was clean as a whistle, but we did think the beds was just a tad hard for our likin'. Overall, a mighty fine spot to rest your head, just could use a lil' work on the pool area.

Friendly staff quickly resolved a room mix-up and refunded the difference. The pool was cold and had visible algae, which was disappointing.

The pool water was too cold, and I noticed some algae around the area!!! It would be nice to see better maintenance there. I also thought the lighting in the room could use improvement!!!

We had a suite with two queen beds, which was comfy but a bit smaller than other Holiday Inns I've been to. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom, but it could've used more lighting and extra outlets for our devices. The beds felt a bit hard for us. I was disappointed with the pool area, though—the water was cold and there was algae around it. It didn’t seem well-maintained. The front desk helped us right away with a room mix-up, which was nice.

Only bummer was that the breakfast line was a bit slow, and they ran out of some stuff. Still, the coffee was good, and the snack bar had some tasty options!
