We had a very pleasant stay at a boutique property near many eateries in Providencia. Our deluxe room had large Spanish windows and a nice modern bathroom. The female staff was attentive and even carried our suitcases up the steep staircase. The location was great, with numerous restaurants close by and air conditioning to keep us comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Santiago.

During my recent stay, I unfortunately fell ill and was sick for the entire duration. the staff at Casadetodos, particularly Fernanda and Guadeloupe, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. They provided me with everything I needed and showed exceptional care and attentiveness. They even helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. Despite the language barrier, the staff's hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. Special mention to Marco, the night desk-man, who was absolutely fabulous. the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with a metro station nearby and attractions within walking distance. I am truly grateful for the wonderful service provided by Casadetodos.

This hotel was a great choice for our Thanksgiving stay. the complementary breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and providing recommendations for local attractions. the location near the metro made it easy to explore the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated having free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Our room was a bit noisy, with loud air conditioning and busy hallways, which made it difficult to sleep. the blankets provided were not enough to keep us warm on chilly nights, so we had to ask for additional ones.
