We stayed at Hotel Plaza for a week and it was perfect for exploring the city. The location is great, within walking distance to a beautiful park and a variety of restaurants. The hotel accommodations were comfortable and we especially appreciated the coffee machine in the room. The staff went above and beyond when our flight was delayed, offering us a complimentary late checkout until 5pm. Their kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Santiago. the buffet breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

The hotel rooms were a bit worn and the air conditioning didn't work well, which made the rooms uncomfortable at times. Additionally, I was unable to get an early check-in, which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Santiago. The highlight of our visit was the 22nd floor club lounge. The breakfast spread was amazing, with eggs cooked to order that were absolutely delicious. The coffee machine was top-notch, offering a variety of options like espresso, cappuccino, and cafe latte. The lounge also had a great selection of liquor, wine, and beer. We enjoyed the stunning views of Cerro San Cristobal and the Andes mountains from the lounge. Paying extra for the 22nd floor lounge privilege was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They helped me purchase tickets to visit local attractions and even paid for them with their personal card when my own card wasn't accepted online. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it allowed me to walk to my office every day and also explore the city on foot. The hotel was well-located and had easy access to transportation options like the metro, bus, and car rentals. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of popular neighborhoods like Bellavista and Parque Forestal.

I recently stayed at Hotel Plaza in Santiago for a few days and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to Bellavista and Parque Forestal, as well as being close to two Metro stops. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and all spoke very good English. I also appreciated the opportunity to use the sauna showers to freshen up before heading to the airport. Additionally, the promotional Club package we chose was fantastic, providing breakfast, evening drinks and nibbles, and a late check out.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
