We had a great Christmas stay at this resort! the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they even upgraded our room upon check-in as a gift. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. the beds were comfortable, and the modern bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed. the resort had a wide variety of delicious dishes and drinks to choose from, both for dinner and breakfast. We also loved the fact that the room rate included access to the Aqua Park, which had both indoor and outdoor hot water pools. the water temperature was perfect, and we enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the pools.

Although our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of things that we didn't like. the restaurant's a la carte menu for lunch didn't live up to our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful resort surrounded by splendid green plants everywhere. The location was convenient, just a short taxi ride from the airport and close to any restaurant in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the stunning view from my room and the facilities available, such as the spa and aqua-park.

The live music at the restaurant was a bit too loud for a peaceful dining experience.

During our romantic escape, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms. the staff was very friendly and always ready to serve us. We also enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolate that was waiting for us in the room upon arrival. the location, nestled in a quiet and scenic area, made for a lovely getaway.

The variety and quality was lacking, and the dining area lacked ambiance. the spa and thermal pools were overcrowded with non-hotel guests which detracted from the relaxation experience.

Amazing location, excellent food, welcoming staff, beautiful hotel with spotless rooms, great pools and bar service, comfortable beds.

A Truly Relaxing Retreat

We had an amazing time at this spa resort. The warm water pools and outdoor jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding and the massage and sauna were incredibly relaxing. Our 5-year-old son loved the cave pool and waterfalls. The hotel staff was kind and friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Easy to reach from Oradea Airport by taxi. a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Comfortable rooms, varied and tasty food, pleasant entertainment, friendly and professional staff. Great facilities and entertainment area. Reception and management not very helpful in improving things before departure. Good services, almost everything was very good. Amazing staff, best thermal hotel with loads of facilities. High-quality food, nice room view. Refined service in reception, restaurants, spa, pools, and playground.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were offered at this venue. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing. I enjoyed a body scrub and a massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax on sun loungers while enjoying the aqua park. My room had private facilities and access to the outdoor swimming pool. the restaurant served delicious food that was elegantly prepared.

The elevator was a minor issue, and sometimes I had to wait longer than expected. this did not detract from my overall experience.

We had an amazing experience at this new modern hotel. the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the forest. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long journey. the location is perfect for morning or evening walks in the forest. the food was delicious, with a wide range of dishes served for breakfast and dinner. the highlight of our stay was the spa and pools area, where we felt completely relaxed and stress-free. we had an excellent experience at Lotus Therm Spa&Luxury Resort.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the variety of pools, and the convenient transportation to restaurants in the area. The spa and pools area were incredibly relaxing, allowing us to forget all our worries. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
