During my recent stay at a beachfront resort, I was delighted by the comfortable and spacious rooms. The beds were excellent and the bathrooms were fabulous, offering a touch of luxury. The resort's location provided breathtaking views of the beachfront, creating a truly memorable experience. The buffet breakfasts were varied and tasty, allowing me to start each day off right. While the restaurant lacked a bit of character, the helpful staff at the reception more than made up for it with their consistently friendly and accommodating demeanor. The casino, though not my personal preference, never intruded upon the overall enjoyable atmosphere of the resort. I would highly recommend this resort for a fantastic beachfront getaway.

Great ocean view rooms with large balconies. All rooms have sea views. the spacious and very clean suites offer excellent sound systems, TVs and telephones. the bathroom is equipped with double sinks, separate shower and toilet rooms. the hotel is situated beside a municipal park and there are many good shops and restaurants in the area. the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The hotel is aging and requires refurbishment. the staff are formal, rather than helpful.

Magnificent views of the Pacific, delightful pool, excellent personnel, great location, free parking.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the center and right on the waterfront, offering stunning views of the ocean. Moreover, it is easy to travel to Valparaiso by metro train, allowing guests to explore the nearby city. Additionally, guests are given a temporary pass to go around the casino, providing entertainment options during their stay.

One downside is that there seems to be a lack of a hotel bar or lounge, leaving guests with limited options outside of the restaurant or casino.

Staying at this hotel was an exceptional experience. the luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, garden area, and spa centre were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. the restaurant had excellent service and the food was delectable. We particularly enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the private facilities in our room, which were exclusive and provided us with a comfortable stay.

The only issue we encountered was the service at the front desk, which was not as friendly and accommodating as we had expected. Despite this minor setback, the hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Comfortable room with ocean view balcony and sunrise. Underground parking. Breakfast. Conveniently located by ocean boulevard and connected to the Casino. Late night restaurants.
