We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very central, with everything we needed within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the foyer to the hallways and our room. The hotel facilities were great, with a mini bar and even a GHD hair straightener in the room. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were fabulous, always ready to help and with a constant smile on their faces. The hotel was also conveniently located near public transport, making it easy for us to explore the city and catch our metro trains. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The newly refurbished rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern Melbourne theme. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, with easy access to shops and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The club lounge on level 15 was a highlight, serving delicious breakfast and canapes, along with a great selection of drinks. The buffet breakfast included all the usual items and the option to order eggs and avocado on toast. The self-serve pod coffee machine and juicer were a nice touch. Despite a minor issue with our room reservation, the staff promptly resolved it, demonstrating their helpfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent amenities.

During my stay at Pullman, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of French champagne, adding a touch of luxury to my F1 experience. The thoughtful gesture of a $25 voucher instead of a room clean/service allowed me to enjoy a fantastic breakfast. The comfortable bed, clean room, and great decor enhanced my overall stay. The property's location in the CBD was perfect, and the staff were impressive with their attentiveness. I also loved the amazing shower products provided, which I could purchase to take home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered free WiFi, which was great for staying connected during my city trip. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early so that our tired kids could rest. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to access all the key attractions in the city.

One downside was that the view from our room was not what we had hoped for. Instead of seeing the lively trams, we were faced with the back of another building, which disappointed our kids.
