We could see the stunning mountains and it was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like part of the family and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the activities offered were diverse and catered to different interests and skill levels. We were able to find something that suited us perfectly and had a fantastic time.

The bathrooms in the hotel were quite small and lacked a proper mirror. It was a bit inconvenient not having enough space to comfortably use the bathroom.

The guides were exceptional and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the hikes, even providing a tablecloth and hot soup at the top of the mountain. The whole experience was unforgettable and definitely worth the investment.

One of the guides I encountered did not treat me with the respect I deserved. Despite explaining my fitness level and previous injury, he tried to dissuade me from a challenging hike, assuming that my age would restrict me.
