Great value for money with interesting and spotlessly clean rooms. The hotel's location was fantastic with a lovely view and the rooftop bar was a highlight. The staff, especially Sebastian at the front desk, were welcoming and extremely helpful.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more hearty options. Our room, located below ground, felt depressing and dim with constant noise overhead, making it difficult to rest after exploring the hills.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Bohemian area, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Additionally, it is situated in the hills around Valparaiso, providing stunning views. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and generous.

The staff's unprofessional attitude and lack of urgency in solving the issue with the lack of warm water in the shower.

The hotel was located in a great spot with plenty of cool shops and places to eat nearby. the restaurant upstairs was amazing, with some really stunning views. the breakfast was included in our stay and was really tasty, with a good selection to choose from. the staff were also really helpful, offering a free walking tour which was a nice touch.

We had a tough time sleeping due to the noise from people walking around above us. the wooden floors and stairs seemed to amplify every footstep.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the street art and culture. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the room was cute and well-maintained, with a friendly cleaner who did an amazing job. the hotel also had a lovely terrace for breakfast with a great view over the city.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! This hotel is situated on a pedestrian walkway near a funicular, making it easily accessible on foot. The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, from the modern and clean design aesthetics to the comfy beds. The rooms offer a lovely view of Valparaiso Bay, and the bathrooms are nice and modern. The breakfast, although with no real alternatives, is served with an amazing view. Truly a great value for money!

One small improvement could be made in the storage options for clothes in the rooms.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel on the side of a hill, just steps from one of the famous elevators. the staff were very friendly and the reception staff member was great! They took the time to explain the city and provide helpful tips for exploring. the location was fantastic, allowing for easy access to all the interesting attractions in the area. the view from the deck was breathtaking, offering a perfect view of the bay. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a separate sitting area and unique decor. the breakfast included with the room was exceptional, and we enjoyed the fun fauna theme throughout the hotel. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful, quiet hotel. the architecture and views were spectacular, and our room was comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed. the included breakfast was amazing, and we really enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant. the staff, Rebecca and Carlos, were so helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot, with plenty of good restaurants and bars around.
