My partner and I spent a delightful week at Hotel Framtid in Djupivogur. The responsible consumption practices were evident, with lights in the corridors going out when not in use. The gathering spaces were thoughtfully designed for work or relaxation. The hotel's beautiful wood accents created a cozy atmosphere, and the first-rate dining room was a highlight. This charming hotel is definitely one of the best places we stayed during our three-week trip in Iceland.

Located next to the harbor with views of a fish factory. Peaceful and quiet during the winter. Delicious locally-caught fish for dinner. Converted home with unique and classy atmosphere. Comfortable beds with Icelandic sheep wool blankets.
